Our address is 1808 E.7th St. Charlotte NC 28204. Parking and entrance are at the back of the building. At the present time I am not able accept new patients.
We are located right next to the Cajun Queen Restaurant. Going from uptown take 7th street across Hawthorne and we are just past Lamar Avenue.
Under the Forms section of this webpage you will find the new patient registration forms, office policies, and our privacy policies. Please print these, fill them out, and fax them to us or bring them with you for your initial appointment. This will let us use your time most efficiently.
Dr. Lurie is board certified in psychiatry. He provides outpatient evaluation and treatment for adults and is not affiliated with any hospitals. He works in conjunction with a number of different psychotherapists and other providers.
Dr. Lurie does not participate in any insurance networks. We ask that patients pay at the time of service. We will provide you with a statement of charges that you can use to file with your insurance company for out of network benefits. Companies vary widely on how much, if any, you can be reimbursed. We recommend that you check with your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment
